TESLA NEW LOW COST BATTERY INVENTION FIGHTS WITH GASOLINE PRICES

 Tesla has a latest news  about its new battery that they are going to use in their a new low cost ,life long battery in its Model 3 Sedan in china. Tesla who is having more than 16000 electric station and growing 6 electric stations every week is now giving a though fight to gasoline station by creating low cost batteries in china.

DETAILS OF NEW BATTERY BY TESLA

 1.The new "million mile" battery is new strategy of Tesla to grow its electric car business in china, it is developed with China's Caontempory Amperex Technology Ltd (CATL) .

2.Tesla new batteries innovation is based on innovations like low-cobalt and cobalt-free battery.

3.Minerals and coating will be used to reduce internal stress on battery and give longer life for its storing capacity.

4.Cobalt which is most expensive metal in batteries can be replaced by Tesla by making use of CATL's lithium iron phosphate batteries,which use no cobalt.

MARKET COMPETITIONS

 Elon Musk was giving hints about its new battery innovation.Must gave this hint on "Battery Day".
Musk wants to give competitions to providers like  Pacific Gas and Electric and Tokyo Electric.
This will bring revolution in electric car industry and force other car companies to make less costly cars in future.

NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR DEVELOPING  MORE BATTERIES

 New highly automated methods can also be used to manufacture batteries to reduce labor cost and speeding up production process.
Tesla is also working on recycling process of expensive metals like Nickel,lithium and cobalt through its Redwood Material affiliate.
Tesla now jointly produces nickel-cobalt-aluminium batteries with Panasonic at a "gigafactory" in Nevada and buys NMC batteries from LG chem.
